Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the BiteTrack website, mobile app, subscriptions, and related services. By using BiteTrack, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BiteTrack.

What BiteTrack Provides

BiteTrack helps users create general calorie and macro targets, estimate nutrition, log meals, and review progress. You are responsible for entering accurate information and reviewing estimates before relying on them.

No Medical Advice

BiteTrack is a general wellness product, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or guaranteed results. Consult a qualified health professional before making major diet, weight, or health decisions.

Nutrition and AI Estimates

Photo and text analysis is an estimate. It can miss serving size, oils, sauces, ingredients, preparation methods, and brand-specific nutrition. Review and edit every estimate before saving. Manual, barcode, and food-search logging are available when you do not want to use AI analysis.

Subscriptions

BiteTrack offers auto-renewing subscriptions. The exact price, billing period, included features, and any trial are shown before purchase. The current web annual offer is $39.99 per year. In-app pricing is shown by Apple and may vary by region.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• In-app purchases are charged through your Apple ID and are managed in Apple subscription settings.
• Web purchases are processed through RevenueCat Billing and Stripe and are managed through the web billing link or BiteTrack support.
• Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by the payment provider and are subject to its policies and applicable law.

Web Purchase Redemption

After a web purchase, BiteTrack provides a secure link that opens the app and applies subscription access. Keep purchase and redemption links private. If a link expires or does not open correctly, contact support using the email address used at checkout.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful content, evade access controls, or use BiteTrack in violation of applicable law.

Device Data

The current app stores profile, meal, and progress data locally. Deleting the app may permanently remove that data from the device.

Intellectual Property

BiteTrack's software, design, branding, and original content belong to BiteTrack or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer them except where applicable law permits.

Availability and Accuracy

BiteTrack is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free estimates, or a particular health or fitness result.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BiteTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on nutrition or progress estimates.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
